[img]tongue.gif[/img] - try living in southern west-central FL - it's like Vegas, but w/ 100+% humidity - in Vegas, you don't have to "swim" thru soup to get to your car... but you DO need a decent supply of "chap-stick," lotion, & possibly sunscreen [oh yeah, & "ho-away ho-screen" - for those pesky, "perfeshunnel" girls, that is]....

After watching that DVD, Los Lobotomys toppled Karizma as my favorite fusion band, even though the performance is over nine years old. Lobotomys plays The James Gangs' The Bomber ("I don't mind the games you play, but I don't like you dealing . . .") along with ten minute versions of Dismemberment and Party In Simon's Pants at the foot of The Black Forest in Bavaria. Luke is propelled by a supercharged Simon Phillips (I've never seen Simon play better) and killer bassist John Pena while a very rotund Mr. Garfield seems to be having coughing fits, perhaps after one trip too many to the doughnut cart as the group turns in a bravura performance. Very heavy, unexpectedly great.
I bought this DVD last month from amazon for less than $21 including shipping. A bargain; the perfect visual media for re-creating the CANDYMAN album.
